The European Financial Reporting Advisory Group's Sustainability Reporting Board has approved the Administrative Board's proposal for a renewed composition of the EFRAG Sustainability Reporting Technical Expert Group, effective from 1 May 2026. The update combines reappointments with new members and is intended to preserve balanced expertise across sectors and geographies for EFRAG's sustainability reporting work. New appointees are Sonia Artuso as user representative from Italy, Mathieu Filippo from the insurance sector in the Netherlands, John E. Grova from banking in Norway, Arnoud Kuijpers as preparer representative from the Netherlands, and Linnea Wanninger as preparer representative from Sweden. Sigurt Vitols was reappointed as vice-chair, while Robert Adamczyk, Belén Varela and Christoph Töpfer were reappointed as ordinary members. National standard setter liaison seats were allocated to Kati Beiersdorf for ASCG in Germany, Eric Duvaud for ANC in France, PierMario Barzaghi for OIC in Italy, and José M. Moneva for ICAC in Spain. EFRAG also thanked Sandra Atlern, Jean-François Coppenolle, Carlota de Paula Coelho, Julia Kölzer, Signe Lysgaard, Elena Philipova and Vanya Rusinova for their contributions to the group's work.
