The Luxembourg Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) has made legal reporting for institutions for occupational retirement provision (IORPs) available on its eDesk platform, with effect from 15 January 2026. Reports will be collected exclusively through the two submission methods set out on eDesk and will be free of charge.
