The Superintendency of Banking, Insurance and Private Pension Fund Administrators of Peru has announced the winners of World Savings Week 2026, recognizing partner institutions for their financial education initiatives after review by a jury of national and international experts. Peru’s largest financial education campaign, led by the authority and promoted by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development, was held from 16 to 22 March under the theme "Let’s talk clearly about money". It brought together 74 allies from the public sector, private sector and civil society, with more than 2,700 in-person and remote activities across the country and direct reach of nearly 12.5 million Peruvians. In the main categories, Compartamos Banco and Caja Ica won for comprehensive financial education proposals, Caja Arequipa won for innovative proposal, and Caja Cusco and Caja Huancayo won for inclusive proposal. Special mentions went to Museo Central - BCRP in the comprehensive category and Caja Huancayo in the innovative category. Separate awards recognized the Ministry of Agrarian Development and Irrigation for best photograph, Caja Ica for greatest in-person reach, and Interbank for greatest virtual reach.

The Superintendency of Banking, Insurance and Private Pension Fund Administrators of Peru announced the winners of World Savings Week 2026, recognizing partner institutions for financial education initiatives reviewed by national and international experts. The campaign, promoted by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development and held from 16 to 22 March under the theme “Let’s talk clearly about money”, involved 74 allies, more than 2,700 activities and reached nearly 12.5 million Peruvians.
