The Central Bank of the Philippines has set the live implementation arrangements for the Enhanced Comprehensive Credit and Equity Exposures Report of 2023 (COCREE 2.0) for all rural banks and cooperative banks. The memo gives all covered banks a grace period from penalties for reporting violations for the live maiden reporting period of 30 September 2025 and adds further relief for banks that submit that first live report early. Banks that complete the live maiden submission on or before 28 November 2025 will receive an additional grace period covering the reporting periods ending 31 December 2025, 31 March 2026 and 30 June 2026. Banks that comply after 28 November 2025 but on or before 30 January 2026 will receive an additional grace period only for the 31 December 2025 reporting period. The relief applies only to banks that remain actively engaged in submitting COCREE 2.0 through the BSP Relationship Management System Live Module. The updated filing schedule sets the due date for the 31 December 2025 report at 26 May 2026, the 31 March 2026 report at 30 June 2026, and reports for 30 June 2026 onward at 25 business days after the reference period.
