The Vietnam State Securities Commission issued a notice requiring individuals listed in an attached annex to pay the prescribed fee to complete the process for issuance of securities practising certificates, in line with the Ministry of Finance’s Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC on securities-sector fees and charges. The fee is VND 1,000,000 per person and can be paid either by bank transfer to the Vietnam State Securities Commission’s accounts at VietinBank (Ha Thanh Branch) or Vietcombank (Hoang Mai Branch), or directly at the Commission. Bank transfer payment details must specify the certificate recipient’s name, identification number and the type of securities practising certificate. If the recipient does not complete the procedure to collect the issued certificate within one year from the Commission’s fee payment notice, the Vietnam State Securities Commission will issue a decision cancelling the certificate.

The Vietnam State Securities Commission has mandated individuals listed in an annex to pay a fee of VND 1,000,000 for the issuance of securities practising certificates, as per the Ministry of Finance’s Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC.
