The Vietnam State Securities Commission has issued a notice instructing individuals named in an attached list to pay the prescribed fee to complete the process for issuance of securities practising certificates, in line with the Ministry of Finance’s fee framework applied at the Commission. The issuance fee is VND 1,000,000 per person and can be paid either by bank transfer to the Commission’s designated accounts at Vietinbank or Vietcombank or in person at the Commission. For transfers, the payment reference must identify the certificate holder and include their identification document number. If a person granted a securities practising certificate does not complete the procedures to collect the certificate within one year from the Commission’s fee-payment notice, the Commission will issue a decision to cancel the certificate that has been granted.

Vietnam State Securities Commission sets VND 1 million issuance fee and one-year collection deadline for securities practising certificates
