The Vietnam State Securities Commission published a notice requiring individuals named in an accompanying list to pay the licensing fee needed to finalise the issuance of a securities practising certificate. The fee is VND 1,000,000 per person, applied under the Ministry of Finance’s Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC on fees and charges in the securities sector at the commission. Payment can be made by bank transfer or paid directly at the commission, and bank transfers should include the recipient’s name, identification number and the type of certificate being issued. If a certificate holder does not complete the procedure to collect the certificate within one year from the commission’s fee-payment notification, the commission will issue a decision cancelling the certificate.
