The Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC) published data on 2024 mortgage lending transactions reported under the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) by 4,908 U.S. financial institutions, including a new national loan-level snapshot dataset. The release includes the 2024 Snapshot National Loan-Level Dataset, which reflects the national HMDA datasets as of May 19, 2025, alongside the HMDA Dynamic National Loan-Level Dataset and the HMDA Aggregate and Disclosure Reports. FFIEC also released the One-Year National Loan Level Dataset for 2023 and the Three-Year National Loan Level Dataset for 2021, and updated its Data Browser Dataset Filtering tool to allow users to download customized reports based on the updated data.
