The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) announced that THE ALTERNATIVE GMI LTD, the external manager of THE ALTERNATIVE PUBLIC EQUITY OPPORTUNITIES RAIF V.C.I.C. PLC (RAIF136; LEI 213800I4EMM1KMDXKQ04), has notified CySEC of the initiation of a procedure to dissolve and liquidate the registered alternative investment fund. Until the process is completed, the RAIF will remain in the RAIFs Registry and on CySEC’s website with an “under liquidation” notice. CySEC will delete the RAIF from the register once the dissolution and liquidation are completed and the required documentation has been submitted.
