The Thailand Securities and Exchange Commission has resolved to appoint three governors to the Board of the Stock Exchange of Thailand. The appointments include the reappointment of Professor Kitipong Urapeepatanapong for another term, alongside new appointments Ms. Penchun Jarikasem and Mr. Somchai Lertsutiwong. The three governors will serve a three-year term effective from 5 August 2025. Professor Dr. Kittipong Kittayarak and Miss Sopawadee Lertmanaschai are completing their terms as SET Board governors at this time.
