The Bank of Italy published the keynote speech delivered by Deputy Director General Chiara Scotti, titled “Financial and Tax Regulation for the Digital Era: Charting the Path Forward”, for the conference “The interplay between tax and financial regulations in a new digital environment”. The event was jointly organised with the Institute for Austrian and International Tax Law (WU) and hosted by the Bank of Italy at the Centro Convegni Carlo Azeglio Ciampi in Rome on 7–8 April 2025. The Bank also made available the conference programme and the speech text in English, including an ePub version.
