The National Bank of Serbia announced that electronic money institution Led Pay d.o.o. Belgrade has joined the National Bank of Serbia Instant Payment System (IPS NBS System), enabling its clients to execute transactions through the IPS NBS system. With this step, Led Pay becomes an indirect participant with indirect access to the IPS NBS system. Instant payments for Led Pay clients will be executed through OTP banka Srbija joint-stock company Novi Sad, which participates in the IPS NBS system as a direct participant. The central bank reiterated that the IPS NBS system operates 24/7/365 and allows payees to receive funds within seconds, including on weekends, non-working days, and at night.

The system operates continuously, allowing funds to be received within seconds at any time.
