The Kyrgyz Republic Financial Market Regulation and Supervision Service published a weekly authorization update for May 11 to May 15, 2026 covering securities issuance and operating approvals. It state-registered eight issues of ordinary registered shares, registered the results of three further share issues, recorded the invalidation of one share issue, and issued or reissued approvals for brokerage, dealer and investment asset trust management activities, general takaful, an incentive lottery and gambling. The share issue registrations covered constituent issues for Silk Road Insurance, Asian Commodity Exchange ISKA and Kenen Group, and follow-on issues for Kumtor Gold Company, Mailuu-Suu Lamp Plant, State Financial Holding, State Development Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic and Beles Group KG. Results were registered for State Financial Holding’s sixth issue, State Leasing Company’s fifth issue and Bakai Bank’s twenty-seventh issue, while the decision invalidating Financial Company of Credit Unions’ thirteenth issue was also registered. Martin Finance and 7 Suu each received securities market brokerage, dealer and investment asset trust management licenses, NSK received a general takaful insurance license, individual entrepreneur Taalaibek kyzy Anara received a permit for the Bereke Bulagy incentive lottery, and Casino Crystal’s gambling license was reissued.
