The Vietnam State Securities Commission issued a notice requiring individuals named in an attached list to pay the prescribed licensing fee to complete the issuance process for securities practising certificates. The fee is VND 1,000,000 per person and can be paid by bank transfer or directly at the Commission, in line with the Ministry of Finance’s Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC on securities-sector fees and charges applied at the Vietnam State Securities Commission. If the recipient does not complete the procedure to collect the certificate within one year of the fee payment notice, the Commission will issue a decision cancelling the certificate that has been granted.

Vietnam State Securities Commission instructs applicants to pay VND 1 million fee to receive securities practising certificates
