The Central Bank of Honduras is holding the first BCH Conferences: Economic Perspectives on Aug. 25-26, creating a forum for national and international experts to examine economic challenges facing Honduras and the wider region. Discussions cover Paraguay’s experience in attaining investment grade, the regional economic outlook, central banking, monetary policy and communication, and the links among economic thought, productivity and development. Participants include representatives from the central banks of Honduras and Paraguay, the Inter-American Development Bank, IDB Invest, the World Bank and Tecnológico de Monterrey, alongside representatives from the private sector, civil society, academia, banking and government.
