The State Bank of Pakistan has formally launched InvestPak, a web portal and mobile application ecosystem for retail and corporate investment in Government of Pakistan securities. The platform is designed to digitize the investment process end to end and broaden direct access to sovereign debt instruments. At the same time, the central bank began a media campaign aimed at increasing public awareness and expanding retail participation in the government securities market. InvestPak is positioned as a single interface through which users can invest in government securities with less paperwork, greater transparency and remote access from homes or offices. It also allows investors to manage multiple PKR and IPS accounts across participating financial institutions, improving portfolio visibility and convenience. To support adoption, the State Bank of Pakistan has set up a dedicated InvestPak call center and online support functions within the portal and mobile applications.
