The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) announced that MFO Asset Management Ltd, the external manager of The Three Tuns Capital RAIF F.C.I.C. PLC (Registered Alternative Investment Fund (RAIF) registration number RAIF143), has notified CySEC that a procedure for the fund’s dissolution and liquidation has been initiated. Until the process is completed, the RAIF will remain listed in the RAIFs Registry and on CySEC’s website with a notice stating “under liquidation”. CySEC will delete the RAIF from the RAIFs Register once dissolution and liquidation are completed and the required documents are submitted to the authority.

The fund will remain listed as "under liquidation" until the process is completed and necessary documents are submitted to CySEC.
