The Ukraine National Commission on Securities and Stock Market (NSSMC) has issued updated criteria for identifying enterprises, institutions and organizations that are important for capital markets and organized commodity markets, and has opened the process for firms to apply for “critical” status. The Ministry of Justice completed state registration of the NSSMC decision, which is now in force. The NSSMC will decide whether to grant critical status within 10 working days of receiving an application, with document packages accepted via the Integrated Information System or the Commission’s official email channel.

The Ukraine National Commission on Securities and Stock Market (NSSMC) has updated criteria for identifying entities critical to capital and organized commodity markets and opened applications for "critical" status. The Ministry of Justice has registered the decision, now in effect. The NSSMC will decide on applications within 10 working days.
