The Montenegro Capital Market Authority has revoked the operating licence of investment firm Nozax a.d. Podgorica, citing the firm’s decision to stop providing investment and ancillary services, and has alerted clients to withdraw or transfer their assets. The measure was adopted at the Authority’s 171st session on 20 February 2026 under Article 222(1)(2) of the Capital Market Law. The licence being revoked had previously been granted by decisions dated 16 December 2021 and 14 December 2022, and the Authority’s client notice was issued under Article 223(1), instructing clients to withdraw funds from accounts held with Nozax or transfer them to another investment firm.
