The Oman Financial Services Authority hosted students participating in the fifth Financial Explorer Programme, an initiative run with the College of Banking and Financial Studies as part of their ongoing collaboration on financial literacy. The two-day visit brought together 140 school students for workshops aimed at building understanding of core financial concepts and supporting more informed financial decision-making. The programme was split into two interactive workshops, with one for Grades 7 to 9 and another for Grades 10 to 12. Sessions focused on financial planning, saving, expenditure management and ways to grow savings, with content tailored to each age group. The authority used practical activities, educational games and group discussions to reinforce learning and encourage students to apply the concepts in practice.
