The Angola Capital Markets Commission approved the registration of GAIA, a closed-end private subscription special securities investment fund promoted by Ohuasi Investment - Sociedade Gestora de Organismos de Investimento Colectivo, S.A., with an investment policy that allows a broad portfolio of financial instruments including equities, equity-linked bonds, convertible bonds, warrants and other instruments linked to share subscription or equity-based returns, units in other investment funds, and securities and money market instruments admitted to trading on Angola's regulated market. Ohuasi Investment - SGOIC, S.A. will act as the fund's management company and Banco Keve, S.A. as depositary.
