Hong Kong's Financial Services and the Treasury Bureau announced that the Financial Secretary has reappointed Miss Queenie Fiona Lau as a Non-Executive Director of the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority (MPFA). The appointment runs for two years from 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2028. The reappointment is made under the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Ordinance, under authority delegated by the Chief Executive. The bureau noted that Lau has served as an MPFA Non-Executive Director since 2022 and has provided legal advice, and it published the MPFA board membership effective 1 April 2026, led by Chairman and Non-Executive Director Mrs Ayesha Macpherson Lau and including Non-Executive Directors Mr Chau Siu-chung, Dr Wingco Lo Kam-wing, Mr Dominic Pang Yat-ting, Mr Bill Tang Ka-piu, Dr Levin Wang Lei and Ms Fanny Wong Lai-kwan, with the Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury and the Secretary for Labour and Welfare as members and Executive Directors Mr Cheng Yan-chee, Ms Cynthia Hui Wai-yee, Mr Wallace Lau Ka-ki, Mr Eric Cheng Siu-fun and Mr Kenneth Chan Siu-yum.

The Financial Services and the Treasury Bureau announced the Financial Secretary’s reappointment of Miss Queenie Fiona Lau as a Non-Executive Director of the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority for a two-year term from 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2028. The bureau also published the updated MPFA board membership effective 1 April 2026, led by Chairman and Non-Executive Director Mrs Ayesha Macpherson Lau and comprising non-executive and executive directors, plus the Secretaries for Financial Services and the Treasury and for Labour and Welfare as members.
