The Montenegro Capital Market Authority issued a decision revoking the operating licence of investment firm SASA CAPITAL a.d. Podgorica, citing the firm’s decision to stop providing investment services and conducting investment activities. The revocation was adopted at the Authority’s 163rd session on 29 December 2025 under Article 222(1)(2) of the Capital Market Law. The licence being withdrawn had been granted on 11 October 2019, and the Authority also notified clients that they should withdraw funds from the firm’s accounts or transfer them to another investment firm, in line with Article 223(1) of the same law.

The Montenegro Capital Market Authority revoked the operating licence of SASA CAPITAL a.d. Podgorica, following the firm's decision to cease investment services and activities. The decision was made at the Authority's 163rd session under Article 222(1)(2) of the Capital Market Law. Clients have been advised to withdraw or transfer their funds in accordance with Article 223(1).
