The Angola Capital Markets Commission, in partnership with the Luanda-Bengo Special Economic Zone, held a workshop on “The role of the capital market in corporate financing”, aimed at helping Special Economic Zone businesses better understand how to access funding through capital markets. The session formed part of the Capital Markets Development Programme and brought together 39 representatives from Special Economic Zone companies. Technical contributions were provided by specialists from the Angola Debt and Securities Exchange, Áurea – Securities Brokerage Company, S.A., and the Commission, covering capital market functioning, available financial products, and the procedures required to obtain financing through the market.
