The Dominican Republic's Pensions Superintendency, in partnership with Pedro Henríquez Ureña National University, awarded certificates to the first graduating class of its Regulation, Investments, Workers and Savings program, known as RITA. The 14 graduates are employees of General de Seguros and AFP Atlántico. The program provides training on the Dominican social security and pension system and was designed and delivered by the superintendency's experts and instructors. The initiative forms part of the authority's focus on continuing education in collaboration with academia and the private sector.
