Argentina’s Superintendency of Insurance has issued a resolution requiring applications for Timely Verification of Credits in the forced liquidation of insurers to be submitted exclusively through the Remote Procedures Platform (TAD). Prospective creditors must complete the standard form set out in the annex to the resolution as a sworn statement. Use of TAD is also mandatory for liquidation commissions, which must notify the presiding judges in each proceeding of the new requirement. The requirement takes effect on 1 August 2025.
