The Seychelles Financial Services Authority has warned that Lune International Holdings LTD, the alleged operator of the Lune.fi website, does not and has never held authorization to provide virtual asset-related services or conduct securities business in Seychelles. Although the company is registered as an international business company, that registration does not authorize activities under the Virtual Asset Service Providers Act, 2024 or the Securities Act, 2007. The authority urged investors and the public to conduct due diligence before transferring money or sharing personal information with the company or website.
