The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and Federal Reserve Board published joint feedback on resolution plans submitted in October 2025, finding no shortcomings or deficiencies. The review covered 15 banking organizations with more than USD 250 billion in assets. These plans, known as living wills, set out each organization’s strategy for orderly resolution under material financial distress or failure. The agencies also determined that BNP Paribas has satisfactorily addressed the shortcoming previously identified in its 2021 resolution plan.
