The Vietnam State Securities Commission has issued a notice requiring 14 named individuals to pay the fee for issuance of a securities practice certificate in order to complete the licensing process. The fee is VND 1,000,000 per person under Ministry of Finance Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC on securities-sector charges and fees applied at the commission. Payment can be made either by bank transfer or directly to the commission. If a person does not complete the procedure to receive the securities practice certificate within one year from the commission's fee payment notice, the commission will issue a decision cancelling the certificate.
