The Slovenia Securities Market Agency (ATVP) published new editions of its licensing aid, licensing questionnaire and guide for assessing the suitability of key persons, to support applicants preparing requests for authorisation to provide alternative investment fund management services under the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Act (ZUAIS). In addition to editorial changes, the revised documents update content on the suitability assessment of key persons, incorporate individual requirements from amended legislation, and align the sections on notifying material changes under Article 132 of ZUAIS with the amended functional specification for reporting by alternative investment fund managers. The package also includes additional content and clarifications based on experience from previous authorisation procedures.
