The Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Abu Dhabi Global Market Financial Services Regulatory Authority to deepen cooperation in financial technologies and services, capital markets and other relevant areas. The memorandum provides a framework for exchanging information and experience, and for organising training, seminars, research-oriented visits and other professional development activities. The arrangement is intended to support the study of international practice and the application of advanced regulatory approaches, while strengthening ongoing dialogue and joint initiatives between the two institutions.
