The Insurance and Private Pension Regulation and Supervision Agency of Türkiye has suspended AcnTurk Sigorta AŞ’s authority to conclude new insurance contracts and renew existing contracts across all branches, until the company substantiates that the required capital has been transferred in cash to its accounts. The restriction was imposed under Article 20 of Insurance Law No. 5684 and will remain in place until the supervisor is provided with evidence of the cash transfer of the required capital.
