The Egypt Financial Regulatory Authority organized an outreach exhibition in Alexandria to connect residents with providers of regulated nonbank financial products and explain available investment and financing options. The event covered capital markets, investment funds, insurance and nonbank financing, with a focus on supporting small and microenterprises. More than 30 companies and associations participated alongside industry federations representing insurance, securities, factoring, financial leasing, real estate finance and financing for medium, small and microenterprises. Authority representatives also briefed visitors on emerging forms of fraud and harmful market practices, as well as its role in protecting market participants and identifying risks early.
