The National Bank of the Republic of Tajikistan held talks with representatives of the Embassy of Japan in Tajikistan and the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) on strengthening cooperation and pursuing joint programmes. Discussions referenced Japan’s recent support, through the Embassy and JICA, for social and economic projects spanning education, healthcare, infrastructure, agriculture, energy and capacity building, and both sides expressed readiness to deepen mutually beneficial engagement and develop new initiatives.
