The Montenegro Capital Market Authority has opened a public consultation on draft rules setting the structure and content of financial statements and other reports to be prepared by alternative investment fund management companies. The draft was adopted at the Authority’s 136th session on 8 August 2025, based on provisions in the Law on Alternative Investment Funds (Official Gazette of Montenegro No. 24/25). Stakeholders are invited to submit comments, proposals and suggestions as part of the consultation.
