Argentina Superintendency of Insurance has updated the General Regulation of Insurance Activity to change how insurers report investments, moving weekly and monthly submissions to a new Information Regime based on microservices to improve traceability, transparency and supervisory control over investments across the insurance and reinsurance sector. Under Resolution 388/25, section 39.10.3.3 was replaced by new sections 39.10.3.3.1 and 39.10.3.3.2. Insurers now submit weekly and monthly investment information through the new Information Regime rather than SINENSUP, while reinsurers continue to file their weekly and monthly investment information through SINENSUP without changes. The SSN has also published the parameters for the new microservices-based submission methodology.
