The Brazil Securities Commission (CVM) Collegiate approved a technical cooperation agreement with the Federal Regional Court of the 4th Region (TRF4) to secure free rights of use for the SEI Julgar module within the Electronic Information System (SEI). The module is intended to eliminate or significantly reduce effort in certain stages of cases handled by the Collegiate, including the designation of a reporting member in both sanctioning and non-sanctioning administrative proceedings. Developed by TRF4, SEI Julgar supports the management of judgments for proceedings processed in SEI and includes functionality to distribute cases randomly and proportionally among members of a collegiate body.
