The Australian Financial Complaints Authority has appointed Paul Woodburn as Lead Ombudsman Superannuation, with his five year term commencing on 25 May 2026. Woodburn brings more than 20 years of senior experience across superannuation, funds management and financial services, including legal, regulatory and senior executive roles within the superannuation sector. In announcing the appointment, AFCA also thanked Heather Gray, who had held the Lead Ombudsman Superannuation role since 2020.
