The removals are Owen Ncube (Unique ID: ZIM0004), Anselem Nhamo Sanyatwe (Unique ID: ZIM0005), Godwin Matanga (Unique ID: ZIM0006), Isaac Moyo (Unique ID: ZIM0007) and Zimbabwe Defence Industries (Unique ID: ZIM0003). The Commission noted that the consolidated list has been updated, and that UK regulations are given effect in the Bailiwick under the Sanctions (Implementation of UK Regimes) (Bailiwick of Guernsey) (Brexit) Regulations, 2020 made under the Sanctions (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2018.
