Rwanda Capital Markets Authority has published its Annual Report for the 2024/25 financial year, setting out its contribution to Rwanda’s capital market and its alignment with Vision 2050 and the National Strategy for Transformation (NST2). The report outlines progress in regulation and supervision, product development and investor outreach, including efforts to widen access to capital-market instruments, strengthen oversight of licensed entities and support investor confidence through financial education and public awareness. It also references regulatory reforms intended to strengthen market order, improve governance standards and widen financial inclusion, with a focus on participation by youth, women and rural communities, and highlights partnership work with market participants, public institutions and international partners to deliver technical support and outreach activities.
