The channel is aimed at holders of securities issued via public offering and/or traded on the regulated market of the Angola Debt and Securities Exchange (Bolsa de Dívida e Valores de Angola) who believe payments due to them were made but were not credited or delivered. Investors are encouraged to use the Commission’s customer service channel to seek clarification and formally register the issue, with communications to be handled rigorously and confidentially.
