Payment may be made by bank transfer or directly to the commission. Recipients must complete the certificate collection procedure within one year of the fee notice or the commission will cancel the issued certificate. Individuals receiving electronic certificates must access the commission’s online system to retrieve them and fulfill any related obligations.
