The offering raised AOA 57.5 billion, with demand reaching 113.35% of the amount initially offered. Banco BAI exercised its green shoe option to place an additional 750,000 bonds on the original terms. The offering received 454 subscription orders from institutional and retail investors between Aug. 24 and Sept. 14, 2026, of which 431 were filled. The bonds are now available for secondary trading on BODIVA's Private Bond Exchange Market.
