The Seychelles Financial Services Authority issued a public statement notifying that the Virtual Asset Service Providers (VASP) application submitted by Lazerus Holding Limited trading as “Wallet” for approval under the Virtual Asset Service Providers (VASP) Act, 2024 was refused. The application was submitted on 30 December 2024 and refused as of 15 April 2025. Following the refusal, the company was instructed to cease all operations immediately or migrate its services out of the jurisdiction, and the Authority advised that the firm opted to migrate its services offering outside Seychelles and has successfully redomiciled.
