The Seychelles Financial Services Authority has revoked the International Corporate Services Licence of Alpha Consulting Limited and the Foundation Services Licence of Alpha Fiduciary Services Ltd, effective 3 March 2025. Under section 28(1) of the FSA Act, the notice confirms that the firms no longer hold an International Corporate Services Licence (ICS056) and Foundation Services Licence (FS015). The FSA also instructs parties concerned to contact it, until further notice, regarding records of specified entities that were under the firms’ administration at the time of revocation.

Seychelles Financial Services Authority revokes Alpha Consulting Limited and Alpha Fiduciary Services Ltd’s international corporate services and foundation services licences
The Seychelles Financial Services Authority has revoked the International Corporate Services Licence of Alpha Consulting Limited and the Foundation Services Licence of Alpha Fiduciary Services Ltd, effective 3 March 2025. Under section 28(1) of the FSA Act, these firms no longer hold licences ICS056 and FS015. Concerned parties are advised to contact the FSA regarding records of entities previously administered by these firms.
