The Vietnam State Securities Commission issued a payment notice for the fee required to complete the procedure for issuance of a securities practising certificate, directing individuals named in an accompanying list to pay in line with the Ministry of Finance’s Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC on securities-sector fees and charges applied at the Commission. The fee is VND 1,000,000 per person and can be paid by bank transfer to the Commission’s accounts at Vietinbank or Vietcombank, or in person at the Commission. For bank transfers, payers are instructed to include identifying details of the certificate recipient and the type of certificate. If, within one year from the Commission’s fee-payment notification, the recipient does not complete the procedure to receive the certificate, the Commission will issue a decision cancelling the securities practising certificate that was issued.
