The Agency for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market of the Republic of Kazakhstan has developed a draft resolution amending and supplementing its 31 July 2024 Resolution No. 47 on the terms and conditions for granting permits to the operator of an electronic trading platform selling banking and microfinance assets, to align the by-law framework with Kazakhstan’s legislation, including the Law on Public Services. The draft was prepared following the inclusion in the Register of Public Services of the procedure for permitting the activities of the operator of an electronic trading platform selling banking and microfinance services. The package aligns the underlying norms with the current rules governing the provision of public services and makes editorial and technical changes; the full text is published on the Open NCA portal and the Agency’s website.
