The Dominican Republic’s Pensions Superintendency (SIPEN) awarded JMMB its “Here We Know About Pensions” seal, making it the first group of financial companies to receive the certification. The award follows earlier certifications across other sectors and recognizes organizations whose employees complete specialized training on the Dominican Pension System, including affiliates’ rights, benefits and available tools. All participating JMMB entities exceeded the program’s 70% completion threshold. Training rates ranged from 81% at JMMB Holding to 100% at JMMB Puesto de Bolsa, while JMMB Bank reached 95%, JMMB Funds 94% and AFP JMMB BDI 85.71%. The pension fund administrator was recertified, and SIPEN said the broader group’s participation would help clients and employees receive clearer, more timely guidance on pensions.
