The Ukraine National Commission on Securities and Stock Market has approved a regulation updating the rules for the issuance and circulation of real estate operations fund certificates. The changes revise the framework for how these certificates are issued, registered and managed across their life cycle. The updated rules cover registration of FON certificate issues and issue prospectuses, amendments to issuance decisions, submission of reports on issuance results, cancellation of issue registration, and the buyback and conversion of FON certificates. Issuers will also be able to submit documents to and receive documents from the Commission through a personal cabinet in the KIS system in the form of electronic documents or messages using an electronic signature.

The Ukraine National Commission on Securities and Stock Market has approved updated rules for the issuance and circulation of real estate operations fund (FON) certificates, revising the framework for their issuance, registration and life-cycle management. The regulation sets out requirements for registration and cancellation of issues, prospectuses, amendments, reporting, buybacks and conversions, and allows issuers to exchange documents with the Commission electronically via the KIS system.
