The Bank of Italy announced that it will host the third edition of the “Women in Central Banking” workshop on 6–7 November 2025 and published a call for papers as part of its diversity and inclusion initiatives focused on increasing female representation in central banking. Co-organized with the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas and Norges Bank, the workshop is positioned as a platform for female PhD and post-doctoral students to present research on topics relevant to central banks and to meet senior economists from a range of institutions. Keynote lectures are planned from Clara Raposo, Vice-Governor of Banco de Portugal, and Chiara Scotti, Deputy Governor of the Bank of Italy.
